She was a founding member and producer of the Royal Renegades of Philadelphia, a drag troupe that performed throughout the US and Canada. Scarlet Lotus St. Syr currently identifies as a genderqueer fat femme drag queen fagette and pomo queer intellisexual polyamorous switch, among other things.
